IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT:

As the feeding sites at our Lowndes County Schools came to an end on Friday, May 29th, we want to make sure our families have other resources for food during the summer! Lowndes County has created a list of food pick-up sites for families.

Have a great summer!

UPDATE:
Beginning Monday, March 23, there will be a resource page specifically for "Elementary" linked to the resource page of the Lowndes County Schools website at https://one.lowndes.k12.ga.us. This page will have resource packets for students to use at home to review material already taught in the classroom. Parents can print out these packets or access the linked information. This page will also have digital choice boards with live links to reach Study Island practice, Study Island review packets, Epic (if teacher has set up), Exact Path, Zearn, and StorybookOnline.

There will be copied learning packets at the feeding site listed below for those students without internet access or those who are not able to utitlize the digital resources.

We also want to encourage our students to participate in the 500 minute reading challenge with students all across our district. Keep Reading!!!

All Visitors Must Show ID
To ensure the safety of our students and staff, the Lowndes County Schools system has implemented a new sign-in system for our visitors.  All visitors to the district's schools, Parker Mathis Learning Center, and the Board Office will present a driver's license to be scanned before receiving a visitor badge and being admitted into the building. This process instantly checks visitors against a sex offender registry. Visitors without a driver's license will be required to present another form of photo ID and will be admitted on a case-by-case basis.

We thank you for your cooperation in this safety initiative.
