Kindergarten students working hard with Ms. Vovk on reading and writing CVC words! Each day they “say it, tap it, map it, graph it and write it” as part of the learning process!

On Friday, we treated our staff to a candy bar! Staff filled their bag full of their favorite sweet treats. We also raffled off great prizes from one of our CPIE partners, Salt & Light! Thank you for your donation of prizes! Our winners were so excited!

Congratulations to these 5th grade students. They have been working really hard to earn their goals in ELA!

During small group instruction, students in Ms. Vovk’s 4th Grade Math group are working on various strategies to solve multi-step word problems. The CUBES strategy encourages students to analyze the problem, looking for key words and phrases to aid in the problem solving process. #onelowndes
